Jane Coady

Jane has over 35 years experience in the Personnel industry. Jane joined a major international recruiting corporation in the early 1970’s and over a ten year period held the positions of Consultant, Senior Supervisor, Operations Manager (Canada), Branch Supervisor (Sydney) and Branch Manager (Melbourne). In 1986 Jane opened Coadys Personnel and acts as the Director Manager while still maintaining the position of Permanent Placement Consultant.

Liz Coady

Liz Coady joined Coadys in 2001 and has since recruited for both the temporary and permanent divisions accross a wide range of industries and local businesses. With a background and certification in human resources combined with internal recruitment experience, Liz would be happy to hear from prospective clients and candidates alike.

Debbie Smith

Debbie is another long term ex-employee of Coadys who has recently returned to Coadys and works alongside Raelene as a Resourcer. Debbie has approximately ten years experience in the Industry and we are delighted to have her back in the team!

Raelene Usman

Raelene worked for many years as Coadys Temporary Controller and since returning to work after Maternity Leave now works as a Resourcer and assists the Consultants with many aspects of their day to day activities.

Natalie Callaghan

Natalie is Coadys Receptionist and Office Administrator. Natalie left the workforce in 2004 and spent time at home raising her three children before joining us in February 2008. You will always be assured of a warm welcome when you meet Natalie on our front desk!

Lynne Allitt
